Hi, I’m Bobby.

If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re not just looking for any therapist.

You might be looking for a therapist who sees more than problems to solve. You want someone who gets how stuck it can feel, but who also trusts that change is possible. That’s the foundation of how I work.

Here’s something I believe with my whole heart:
You are not broken.
You are becoming.

Therapy, for me, isn’t about chasing perfection or performing wellness. It’s about honesty. It’s a place to unearth what’s been buried, to meet your inner critic with curiosity instead of shame, and to name the stories that have shaped you, so you can begin writing new ones.

I’m a psychotherapist in New York City, working at the intersection of clinical knowledge and lived experience. I walk with people through depression, anxiety, burnout, trauma, body image, substance use, spirituality, and the unfolding work of identity. My approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and rooted in deep compassion. Every part of you belongs here.

Before becoming a therapist, I was a professional actor. Storytelling was my first language. It eventually led me to something more enduring: the work of sitting with people in the raw, unpolished places of life. Acting taught me how to stay with emotion, to listen with my whole body, and to stay present even when things get messy. Those lessons are stitched into the way I practice therapy.

So let’s begin. Wherever you are is a good place to start.
